Here's how it works:
Free U.S. Shipping
No shipping charge on U.S. orders. The cost is built into the price, same as everywhere else — stated plainly instead of hidden at checkout.
International Shipping
A flat fee applies outside the U.S. — typically $10–15, depending on destination.
Delivery Times
Usually 5–10 business days. Every piece is printed to order, not pulled from a shelf.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent once your order ships. Check it as often as you'd like.
Lost Packages
Rare, but if it happens, we'll fix it. Double-check your address at checkout — that part's on you.
TL;DR
U.S. is free, international is a flat fee, everything is printed to order — so allow the time.
